Configuration Introduction

1. Silo Body & Steel Structure

The cement silo is composed of a steel silo body, ladder, guardrails, feeding pipe, and related accessories, providing a rigid and practical structure for bulk cement and powder storage.

2. Dust Removal System

An electric dust collector is installed on the top of the silo to effectively absorb suspended particles inside the silo body and reduce dust pollution to the surrounding environment.

3. Arch-Breaking Device

The lower cone of the silo is equipped with an air-blowing arch-breaking device. Compressed air is released through a small solenoid reversing valve to prevent material accumulation and blockage.

4. Material Level Device

The level indicator senses the storage height of materials inside the silo, helping operators monitor high and low material levels and manage replenishment more conveniently.

5. Pressure Safety Valve

The pressure safety valve helps protect the silo during feeding and unloading by balancing internal pressure and improving operating safety under different working conditions.

6. Feeding & Discharge Valve

The feeding pipe and discharge valve support smooth material input and controlled unloading, making the cement silo easier to connect with batching plants and powder conveying systems.
