1. Precision Batching Process
The PLD batching machine ensures accurate proportioning of cement, sand, stone, and other materials, supporting stable mix ratios and reliable concrete quality for different production requirements.
2. Electronic Weighing System
The electronic weighing system improves batching accuracy and efficiency. It can weigh up to four kinds of aggregates at the same time, with short metering time and high production efficiency.
3. Belt Conveyor Protection
The belt conveyor head is equipped with a material retaining cover to prevent material overflow. A screw tensioning device at the tail allows quick adjustment of belt tension for convenient operation.
4. Vibrated Bins & Weighing Hoppers
Vibrators are installed on the side walls of aggregate bins and weighing hoppers, helping materials discharge faster and supporting both coarse batching and fine weighing with high precision.
5. High-Accuracy Sensors & Rigid Frame
