Configuration Introduction
1. Aggregate Feeding System
Includes aggregate bins, variable-frequency metering belt conveyor, and belt conveyor for continuous and stable material feeding.
2. Cement Feeding System
Includes cement silo or cement hopper, variable-frequency metering impeller feeder, and screw electronic weighing conveyor.
3. Automatic Water Supply System
Includes pressure tank, submersible pump, pipelines, pressure reducing valve, water flow meter, and water spray device.
4. Mixing System
Equipped with motor reducer and twin-shaft continuous mixer for stable continuous mixing performance.
5. Storage Bin System
Includes double-discharge storage bin, inclined belt conveyor, and air compressor for finished material storage and discharge.
6. Electrical System
Includes operation control cabinet and operator room for centralized electrical control and production operation.
7. Metering Control System
Uses electronic components from reputable Chinese manufacturers, variable-frequency speed regulation, and microcomputer control with both manual and automatic modes. The machine is configured with a bulk cement silo, including screw conveyor. A bagged cement hopper can be additionally configured according to user requirements.
